Price Match Guarantee

If you find a cheaper, comparable indoor storage quote, offering like for like services within a 5-mile radius, we’ll beat it by 10% for up to 26 weeks.

Price match cannot be used with any other offer (including introductory offers) and is available to new customers only.  All competitors' quotes must be in writing and dated within 7 days before your scheduled move in date.  We specialise in offering long term storage options that get more affordable the longer your belongings are with us.

Castle Bank reserves the right to withdraw or make changes to any offers at any time.

WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?

When can I move in and what do I need to show?

You can move in as soon as you like, as long as you can show proof of identity (eg passport) and proof of address (eg utility bill, bank statement, driving licence) and provide payment by credit/debit card (no cash).   We will also need an alternative contact name and address and an estimate of the value of goods to be stored (remember we do not provide insurance ourselves).

When can I access my goods?

You have unlimited access to your goods at any time during our opening hours. We do not charge extra for this.

Opening hours

Our normal opening hours are:

Monday to Friday 8 am – 4.30 pm
Saturday 8am – 1pm

Please note we are closed on all Bank Holidays.  Christmas and New Year

Who has authorisation to access my storage unit?

Entry to the facility is strictly restricted to our direct customer (ie the person who has signed the contract) or their previously nominated representative. Changes to authority must be made in writing.

All visitors should carry some form of identification to show staff on arrvial.  You will need to sign in at the office on every visit. Arriving with a key for a unit is not deemed authority and on this basis we will not allow access.

How long can my possessions be in storage for?

As long as you need. We have no maximum stay policy as our Storage Services Agreement is a rolling Agreement
